# BeyondScholar

> BeyondScholar is a platform, launching in Armenia, where high school and university students keep a living portfolio of their projects, and verified foundations, NGOs, employers and individual benefactors find and back them by their work, not their transcript. Sign-up is not open yet; there is a waitlist.

Tagline: Seen for what you build.

## For students

- Build a profile that leads with projects of every kind (code, design, research, writing, art, volunteering, a small business), with images and links, then awards, certificates and publications.
- Say in your own words what support you need: a scholarship, a grant, an internship, a job or mentorship, and whether you are open to it.
- Apply to posted opportunities with a short cover message and one project from your profile.
- Send a request to an organization you believe in, with one project attached. If it is accepted, a chat opens.
- Student profiles are never indexed by search engines and are visible only to verified organizations.

## For organizations and benefactors

- An admin verifies every organization by hand before it can open the students directory or message anyone.
- Find students by field of study, city, school or university, grade or year, the support they need and whether they are open to it.
- Post scholarships, grants, internships, jobs or mentorships with eligibility, deadline, benefit and language.

## Safety

- BeyondScholar never asks for payment. A real benefactor never asks a student for money, card details or documents beyond what an opportunity lists.
- Every chat has Report and Block.

## Join the waitlist

- [Home page](https://beyondscholar.com/): every "Join" button opens a short form (role: student or organization, email, and for organizations a name). A confirmation email is sent right away, and one more when sign-up opens. On browsers with WebMCP, the form is exposed as the `join_waitlist` tool.
